The Ombudsman Outlook is the Florida Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program's quarterly internal newsletter. The Outlook is produced by the Ombudsman Program's Public Relations Coordinator, a position I held from March 2020–August 2021.

The Outlook was discontinued for several years. Under new leadership, the publication was re-launched in the summer of 2021 as a digital newsletter. As the Program's Public Relations Coordinator, I was responsible for creating a new template for the Outlook, which is featured here. The Program has continued to use this template in subsequent editions.
